Enter your private and secluded chalet into the living area with wood burning fireplace and TV with DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and will comfortably accommodate the family for those special holiday dinners. Also downstairs are 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own TV. Relax in the jetted tub large enough for two in the seperate full bath. Upstairs you will find an additional full bedroom and private bath. Kids love the gameing area with miniture foosball, and TV with Play Station 2. Escape to the covered porch with bubbly hot tub and porch rockers where you can listen to the famous Dollywood Steam TrainM/b> sound below. 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 10 days before your arrival date. We accept Visa, MC or personal checks. A $250 damage deposit is also requested, this deposit can be submitted in the form of a 'hold' with your credit card information or with a personal check, which will be returned to you uncashed within 10 days of your departure IF the unit is left without damage. A 30 notice is required for an 80% refund OR the option of rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling less than 8 weeks is possible only if the unit can re-booked for same time frame of original reservation, otherwise the entire deposit will be forfeited.
