Rates and Cancellation Policy: Rates are based on two guests A 50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 15 days prior to arrival. A $200 damage deposit is also requested, this deposit can be submitted in the form of a 'hold' with your credit card information or with a personal check, which will be returned to you uncashed within 10 days of your departure IF the unit is left without damage. A 30 day notice is required for an 80% refund less the cost of honeymoon package extras OR the option of rescheduling. Processing fess are non-refundable. Refunds or rescheduling less than 30 day is possible only if the unit can re-booked for same time frame of original reservation, otherwise the entire deposit will be forfeited. Sorry, No refunds or rescheduling is available for the month of October or holidays. Pet Friendy units incurr an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per pet plus tax.
