you will begin the enjoy the majestic mountain vistas from your spacious outdoor seating area. From the front door of your luxurious condo,
you will enter into a spacious foyer (which conceals your washer and dryer), then great room with stack stone...double sided fireplace, big screen TV, and plush leather furniture with sleeper sofa (great for the kids). There is also fully furnished kitchen and dining room, perfect for preparing those gourmet meals or picnic in the park. You can also enjoy views of the Mountains and Golf Course from the back patio and yard.
On each side of your living areas are your bedrooms, the Master Suite features a King bed, seperate full bath, TV, DVD and wireless internet.
The Junior Master Suite features a plush Queen bed,TV, full Jacuzzi bath / shower, and dressing vanity.
And since Golf with a View is located in Golf View Resort, you have access to all the amenities such as indoor and outdoor pool, conference room, arcade games, exercise area, outdoor spa, picnic 'charcoal' grilling area', and easy access to Gatlinburg Golf Course.

Maximum Occupancy and Rates are based on 6 Guest.
50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 15 days before your arrival date. We accept Visa, MC or personal checks. A $200 damage deposit is also requested, this deposit can be submitted in the form of a 'hold' with your credit card information or with a personal check, which will be returned to you uncashed within 10 days of your departure IF the unit is left without damage. A 30 notice is required for an 80% refund OR the option of rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling less than 30 days is possible only if the unit can re-booked for same time frame of original reservation, otherwise the entire deposit will be forfeited.
