50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 15 days before your arrival date. We accept Visa, MC or personal checks. A $250 damage deposit is also requested, this deposit can be submitted in the form of a 'hold' with your credit card information or with a personal check, which will be returned to you uncashed within 10 days of your departure IF the unit is left without damage. A 30 notice is required for an 80% refund OR the option of rescheduling. Refunds or rescheduling less than 30 days is possible only if the unit can re-booked for same time frame of original reservation, otherwise the entire deposit will be forfeited.
