Maximum Occupancy and Rates are based on 4 Adults
50% deposit required to confirm reservation. Balance must be received 15 days before your arrival date. We accept Visa, MC, Discover or Money Orders. A $250 damage deposit is also requested, this deposit can be submitted in the form of a 'hold' with your credit card information or with a personal check, which will be returned to you uncashed within 10 days of your departure IF the unit is left without damage. CANCELLATIONS A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. All cancellations are subject to a 20% Cancellation fee based upon the total rent charged...or $150 whichever is greater. Processing fees are non-refundable. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit unless the reservation dates can be duplicated to another individual then the 20% cancellation or $150 fee applies.An additional $35 processing fee applies to re-scheduled reservations. Pre-paid tickets and honeymoon packages are non-refundable. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
